Terms & Conditions of Use Bet Super Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Bet Super ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This document governs your use of all services, products, and features provided through the betsuper.im website and any associated applications.

Bet Super reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of these terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Bet Super platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration
• A Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or physically located in Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not prohibited from participating in betting activities under applicable local laws
• Never been designated as a problem gambler by any recognised authority or medical body
• Not currently self-excluded under any responsible gambling programme recognised by Bet Super

Bet Super staff, business partners, immediate family members of staff, and any individuals with a conflict of interest in the platform's operations are prohibited from registering as members without prior written approval.

3Account Registration

Registering a Bet Super account is free and only requires an active Malaysian phone number along with basic personal information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each individual is only permitted one (1) account active at any one time
• The registered full name must match the name on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• The phone number used must be an active Malaysian number capable of receiving OTPs
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will be required for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or when the system detects unusual activity. Required documents include a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of payment method.

4Deposits & Payments

Bet Super only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) through approved payment methods. All of the following payment methods are available to Malaysian players:

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the member
• Bet Super does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit made by a third party will be returned
• Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the member's responsibility
• Bet Super reserves the right to decline or return suspicious deposits without providing a reason

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Bet Super account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (unless special approval is granted)
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 business days for FPX
• First withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000 require completed KYC verification
• Daily withdrawal limits are RM 50,000 for standard accounts and RM 200,000 for VIP accounts

Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances (excluding bonuses) are eligible for withdrawal unless the rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.

6Bonus & Promotions

Bet Super offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is advertised.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once per individual. Cannot be combined with other bonuses.
• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement (typically between 3x and 10x). The exact rollover conditions are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Affiliate Restrictions: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Withdrawal Rights: Bet Super reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if misuse is suspected.

7Betting Rules

All betting activity on Bet Super is subject to the following general rules, which apply across all game types — football, table games, slots, and e-sports:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed after confirmation, unless the Cash Out feature is used
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings
• Bet Super reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, odds error, or exceptional circumstances as outlined in the specific policy for each game category
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, match, and category — please check the relevant game page for details
• All game outcomes are determined by independently audited RNG software and the results of actual sporting events

For Malaysia Super League, EPL football matches, and badminton tournaments, odds will close once the match begins, except for in-play markets that are specifically indicated. In-play bets are subject to additional rules available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Super platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Identity fraud or the use of another person's personal information to register or operate an account
• Money laundering through the betting platform
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or circumvent system controls
• Collusion between players to defraud the system or other players in live games
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system — any bugs discovered must be reported to Bet Super immediately
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform
• Systematically placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee risk-free profit (arbitrage)
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bet Super account login credentials. Bet Super will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

• Use a unique, strong password — do not reuse passwords from other platforms
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for added security
• Log out of your account after each session on a shared device
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to customer support immediately
• Bet Super is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure

10Privacy & Personal Data

The collection, processing, and use of your personal data by Bet Super is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By registering with Bet Super, you agree to the privacy practices set out in that Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of registration, verification, payment processing, and legal compliance
• Bet Super will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• Your data is securely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption in compliance with international industry standards
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010

11Responsible Gambling

• Bet Limit: Set a maximum limit on the amount per bet that can be placed

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend account access from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with an irreversible request

12Account Closure & Suspension

Bet Super reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe
• Instructions from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies
• At the member's own request for voluntary closure

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons not involving fraud, the eligible real-money balance (after deducting any bonuses with unmet rollover requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

13Liability Limit

Bet Super provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors. Bet Super shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Betting losses resulting from a player's own error in placing a bet
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of the platform due to a member's own security negligence
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses regardless of how they arise

Bet Super's maximum liability to any member for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14Terms Amendments

Bet Super reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

• Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms
